Absolutely. 7TCM welcomes compliant TCM pharmacies from around the world. You only need to provide a valid pharmaceutical license from your country/region. The platform will review it according to local regulations. Our patients are mainly in North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
Credential review is typically completed within 3-5 business days. If all documents are complete, we will notify you of the meeting time by email. After passing the meeting, you can sign the agreement and start receiving orders.
We settle confirmed and received orders from the previous month on the 15th of each month. Payments are made via international wire transfer, PayPal, or Alipay, supporting multiple currencies such as USD, EUR, and CNY. The settlement amount is 95% of the total order value, with the platform retaining a 5% service fee.
Shipping is the responsibility of the pharmacy. The platform can help connect with logistics channels for discounted rates. Pharmacies must ensure compliance with destination country import regulations. The platform will provide necessary customs clearance guidance and documentation support.
