1. If you have already received TCM diagnosis and treatment at 7TCM, please enter your email or consultation ID to quickly proceed with the follow-up process.
2. You can copy the Online TCM Follow-up Form
3. You can download the Online TCM Follow-up Form
After filling it out, send it together with your tongue coating photo to the email address [email protected]. Your assigned TCM practitioner will respond to your follow-up questions via email within 24 hours and adjust your TCM health plan according to your condition.

Follow-up Instructions:

For first follow-up, please provide the email registered during your initial consultation
For multiple follow-ups, you can directly enter your exclusive consultation ID
After submission, the system will automatically retrieve your historical medical records
The practitioner will respond to your follow-up request within 24 hours
If medication prescription needs adjustment, the pharmacy will update accordingly
