1. Service Description

7TCM (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is committed to providing global users with online TCM consultation, health advisory, herbal medicine delivery, and related health management services. After users submit consultation information through the Platform, registered TCM practitioners will perform pattern differentiation analysis and provide professional recommendations.

Important Note: All TCM consultations and recommendations provided by this Platform are for reference only and cannot replace in-person diagnosis by a physician. If you experience acute or severe symptoms, please seek immediate medical attention at a nearby healthcare facility.

2. User Registration and Account Security

• Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information (including name, contact information, health information, etc.).
• Users should properly safeguard their account information and are responsible for all actions taken under their account. Any account anomalies should be reported to the Platform immediately.
• Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors should use the service under parental or guardian supervision.

3. Consultation Service Rules

• TCM practitioners typically need 1-2 business days to complete consultation analysis and responses, depending on the complexity of the consultation form.
• Each user may book one consultation per day. A unique code will be generated after booking; please keep it safe.
• To improve consultation accuracy, users are advised to provide clear tongue photos and detailed symptom descriptions.
• If the information provided by users is incomplete or inaccurate, it may affect the consultation results, and the Platform assumes no corresponding responsibility.

4. Fees and Payment

• The Platform displays clear pricing. Specific fees are subject to the prices shown on the consultation page.
• Payment methods include but are not limited to: WeChat Pay, Alipay, international credit cards, etc.
• If a user cancels a consultation, refund rules are subject to Platform policies. No refunds will be issued after the TCM practitioner has completed the analysis.

5. Herbal Medicine Delivery Service

• The Platform partners with multiple herbal medicine suppliers worldwide and can deliver to most countries.
• International orders take approximately 7-14 business days, domestic orders approximately 3-5 business days.
• For regulated herbs, the Platform will provide alternatives or local sourcing recommendations.
• Users should check packaging integrity and expiration dates upon receiving medicines. Contact customer service within 48 hours if any issues arise.

6. User Code of Conduct

When using the Platform services, users must not engage in the following behaviors:

• Posting illegal, false, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Maliciously attacking the Platform system, spreading viruses, or interfering with normal Platform operations.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property or trade secrets of the Platform or others.
• Using the Platform for any form of commercial promotion or pyramid schemes.

7. Disclaimer

• TCM consultations provided by this Platform do not constitute medical diagnosis. Users should not rely solely on online advice while neglecting in-person medical care.
• The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, wars, policy changes, etc.).
• Any consequences arising from false information provided by users or failure to follow medical advice shall be borne solely by the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform (including but not limited to text, images, videos, software, designs, trademarks, etc.) is owned by 7TCM. No one may copy, reproduce, transmit, modify, or use for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Service Changes and Termination

• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate parts of its services. Major changes will be notified to users in advance.
• If a user violates these Terms of Service, the Platform has the right to immediately terminate their account and pursue relevant liabilities.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where the Platform is located.
